Construction is under way at the Police Evidence & Storage Facility. Construction is scheduled to be completed in the Spring of 2019.
Groundbreaking – Police Evidence & Storage Facility
There was a groundbreaking ceremony recently for the Police Evidence & Storage Facility. The 13,000 SF, tilt-up panel police facility will be split into two functions: an office area where evidence will be processed and a warehouse where evidence will be stored. Also included is 4.5 acres of site work.

MayDall Construction recently completed the Water Treatment Facility for SRPMIC. Construction included an 8,500 SF water treatment administration building, 1,500 SF disinfection building, 2.5 million gallon water storage tank, modifications at two well sites and 30,000 LF of new water main and road improvements.

The Scottsdale Autoshow project is quickly coming to a completion. All underground utility improvements have been completed. All sidewalks have been poured and asphalt for the roads has been placed.
